 “Your
pen can be used with either squeezefill or cartridge, every
Osmiroid Fountain Pen is supplied with a squeezefill unit, every
Cartridge Pen is supplied with four cartridges. |

Squeezefill
Model
“To
fill your pen, use finger and thumb of both hands, press and
release your squeezefill SLOWLY four or five times, count up
to five before withdrawing the pen from the ink bottle; this
gives time for the ink sac to fill.”
Cartridge
Model
“Cartridges should be loaded small end first and firmly
pushed into the back of the nib unit. Alternatively place a
second cartridge in the pen barrel (as in diagram) and screw
barrel onto the nib unit.” |

Starting
Your Pen
“It
is sometimes necessary to start your pen, to do this gently
squeeze the cartridge or squeezefill until ink appears on the
underside of the nib.”
Care
of Your Pen
•Ink
— use Osmiroid International size cartridges or Osmiroid
bottled ink, BUT NEVER INDIA INK or spirit based inks. •Replace
cap after use. •Carry
pen upright. •Wash
the nib unit occasionally under running water. |

is the old style nib unit for Osmiroid '65 and '75 fountain pens.
It should also fit in Esterbrook lever fill fountain pens. Pens and
nibs were discontinued ca. 1980. |
