ACU-ARC Adjustable Ruler
Topic: Drawing instruments
I thought this was an old 1970:s ruler when I saw it on the Swedish auction site but they are still being manufactured by Hoyle Products Inc. in Southern California; "The ACU-ARC Adjustable Ruler takes over where the ordinary compass leaves off, eliminating the need for numerous beam compasses, and assorted railroad and highway curves. It is made of a rugged new plastic material that will not break with normal use."
